Is Cold Culture Worth the Hype? 5 Honest Thoughts on the Spanish Brand Every Cool Girl is Wearing! ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ’–

From Madrid to your doorstep: The ultimate guide to shopping Cold Cultureโ€™s pink streetwear aesthetic! ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธโœˆ๏ธ

Hello everyone~Itโ€™s Hattie ๐Ÿ’› Today, we are diving into a brand that has been haunting my IG feed for weeks until I finally caved. You know that feeling when you see an aesthetic so specific, so “you,” that your credit card practically jumps out of your wallet? Yeah, that was me with Cold Culture.

If youโ€™re a streetwear lover, you know the struggle: everything is usually black, grey, or navy. Itโ€™s cool, but sometimes a girl just wants to look like a total baddie in pink, you know? Iโ€™ve been hunting for that perfect mix of “edgy street style” and “soft girl aesthetic,” and Cold Culture seemed to check all the boxes.

Coming all the way from Spain, this brand has that effortlessly cool European vibe thatโ€™s taking over the US right now. So, I did a thing… I placed a massive order during their Black Friday sale, and today Iโ€™m giving you the 100% honest tea on whether itโ€™s worth your coins. Letโ€™s get into it! ๐Ÿ“ฆโœจ

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Shopping Guide: From Madrid with Love

Before we get to the “fit check,” let’s talk about the actual shopping experience. Since Cold Culture is based in Spain, buying from overseas can feel a bit intimidating. Hereโ€™s what you need to know:

โ€ข The Website & App Experience:

First off, their branding is top-tier. The website is super clean, and the filters actually work (a rarity, honestly). They even have an app! I spent way too much time scrolling on it late at night. Itโ€™s dangerously easy to use. ๐Ÿ˜‚

โ€ข Shipping Speed:

I placed my order during the Black Friday chaos on Nov 26th, and it arrived by Dec 8th. Twelve days from Europe to my door? Honestly, thatโ€™s a win. Iโ€™ve had local orders take longer than that! โœˆ๏ธ

โ€ข Duties & Taxes (The Big Question):

This is where Cold Culture really wins. Most international shoppers worry about hidden customs fees, but my order came DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means the price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprise bills from the delivery guyโ€”we love to see it!

โ€ข How to Get a Deal:

If you miss their major sales (like Black Friday, where I got about 20% off), don’t worry. Usually, you can snag a 10% discount just for signing up for their newsletter. Every little bit helps when youโ€™re building a new wardrobe! ๐Ÿ’ฐ

๐Ÿ“ฆ The Try-On: 159cm Girl vs. The Mega-Oversized Trend

Okay, let’s talk sizing. This was my first time buying from them, and looking at the models, everything looked huge. Iโ€™m 159cm (about 5โ€™2โ€) with a 26-27 inch waist. I went with my gut and ordered Size S for everything.

When I opened the box, I actually gasped. I thought, “Wait… did they send me a Men’s Large by mistake?” Nope. Itโ€™s just that oversized. If you aren’t ready for the “I’m drowning in my clothes but making it fashion” look, you might want to size down! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

1. SURVIVOR LONGSLEEVE PINK

The main reason I fell for this brand was their ability to make pink look “tough.” This long-sleeve tee is the perfect shade of pinkโ€”not too pastel, not too neon. Itโ€™s just right.

But, I have to be real with you guysโ€”Iโ€™m not obsessed with the fabric. ๐Ÿ˜ญ While itโ€™s breathable and has a bit of stretch, the recovery is pretty weak. And oh my god, it wrinkles so easily. I spent forever steaming it, went out for a quick lunch, and by the time I took photos, it looked like I had slept in it.

Also, the fit is very masculine. For my petite girlies out there, I usually prefer a tighter “baby tee” or crop fit to balance out my proportions. This one is a bit of a struggle to style unless youโ€™re going for that full-on baggy vibe. Maybe an XS would have been better?

2. KISSES AND DOLLAR KNIT PINK

This was love at first sight on the website. The “Kisses and Dollars” graphic is so iconic and definitely gives off that “rich girl aesthetic” with a street twist. It feels heavy and high-quality when you hold it, which I love. ๐Ÿ’ธ

However… (thereโ€™s always a however, right?), itโ€™s not that “soft-as-a-cloud” kind of sweater. Itโ€™s a bit stiff and, surprise surprise, it also wrinkles! Iโ€™ve never had a sweater wrinkle quite like this one, though itโ€™s definitely better than the long-sleeve tee. Still, it looks so good on camera that I can almost forgive the texture. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

3. ARTWEAR JEANS BLUE DENIM

If you are a fan of the Sagging Trend, you need these jeans in your life yesterday. Cold Cultureโ€™s philosophy for pants is clearly “Go Big or Go Home.”

Let me tell you: these pants are long. Iโ€™m pretty sure someone who is 180cm (nearly 6 feet) could wear these and still have a bit of a puddle at the bottom. In my photos, I have already had these professionally hemmed. ๐Ÿงน If I hadn’t, I would literally be a human mop walking down the street. The original Size S length was 105cm!

The pros? They are designed to sit perfectly on the hips without giving you that dreaded “muffin top” look. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ The wash is also super uniqueโ€”it has that vintage, lived-in feel thatโ€™s hard to find. My styling tip: Keep the top tight and the bottom baggy to keep your proportions in check.

4. ORIGINAL LEATHER BELT PINK CROCODILE

This belt was actually a “spur of the moment” addition to my cart, and it ended up being my favorite piece! ๐Ÿ’– Itโ€™s so hard to find a good pink belt that doesnโ€™t look like itโ€™s from a kid’s store.

The quality is amazingโ€”it feels sturdy and the crocodile texture looks so expensive. Itโ€™s the perfect accessory to tie a light-wash denim look together. If you want to add a little “oomph” to your outfit, their belt collection is definitely worth a scroll, even if the price is a bit high for a single accessory.

5. COLD HOOK SNEAKER PINK

Yes, I even bought the shoes! ๐Ÿ˜† I mean, look at them! They are these adorable, low-profile sneakers with velcro straps. Itโ€™s giving “cool 90s kid” vibes and I am here for it.

The stitching details and the signature star logo on the side are so cute. When I wear them with long pants, just the little pink toe peeks out, but they look even better with a mini skirt.

The only downside? There is zero cushioning. ๐Ÿฆด It feels like walking directly on the hardwood floor. If you plan on wearing these for a long day of shopping, do yourself a favor and buy some cushioned insoles, or only wear them when you know you won’t be doing a marathon.

๐ŸŒŸ Hattieโ€™s Final Thoughts: Is It Worth It?

At the end of the day, Cold Culture is a fantastic alternative to mainstream brands like Essentials or Fear of God. Itโ€™s affordable (especially during a sale), and the vibe is much more unique.

The Pros:

โ€ข Killer streetwear silhouettes with a huge variety of colors.

โ€ข You won’t run into five other people wearing the same thing.

โ€ข The App and shipping process are super seamless.

The Cons:

โ€ข The fabric on the tops wrinkles if you even look at it wrong.

โ€ข The shoes are definitely for “fashun,” not for hiking.

Hattieโ€™s Must-Haves:

Honestly, check out the pants! The baggy fit and unique washes are hard to beat, even if you have to visit a tailor. I also highly recommend their beltsโ€”they add that perfect “it-girl” detail to any basic outfit. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ”ฅ

I hope this unboxing helped you decide if Cold Culture is the right fit for your closet! If you have any questions about sizing or styling, drop them in the comments below. See you in the next one! ๐Ÿ‘‹โœจ
